See how AmDital stacks up.

Honest, side-by-side comparisons with the tools you're considering replacing.

At a glance

When each tool is the better fit

Every comparison says where the other tool wins, not only where AmDital does. Here is the short version of each.

AmDital vs ClickUp

ClickUp is a great project tool. AmDital is one workspace for CRM, projects, finance, HR and helpdesk — here's how it compares, honestly.

Choose AmDital if
AmDital is an AI-native operating system. CRM, HRMS, finance and projects share one data model and one AI brain. Ami agents qualify leads, triage tickets and summarise sprints. Invoices in finance carry a GST rate.
Choose ClickUp if
ClickUp is a flexible project management tool with strong customisation. Best for teams who only need project tracking and have separate tools for CRM, HR, finance and AI.

AmDital vs Jira

Jira is the engineering ticket system. AmDital keeps your engineering workflow — and gives the rest of the company the same operating system.

Choose AmDital if
AmDital ships engineering workflows (sprints, boards, GitHub repo linking) — and connects them to CRM, finance, HR. A support ticket can link to the engineering task that fixes it, and closing the task can resolve the ticket.
Choose Jira if
Jira is built around engineering ticket tracking. Best for orgs who treat engineering as a silo and have separate Atlassian / Salesforce / Workday systems for everything else.

AmDital vs Everhour

Everhour is excellent at one thing: time tracking. AmDital includes that — and connects it to projects, billing, finance and Ami’s AI agents.

Choose AmDital if
AmDital ships time tracking, project profitability, client billing, and payroll — all in one workspace. No more piping data between four tools.
Choose Everhour if
Everhour is a focused time tracker that integrates with tools such as Asana, ClickUp and Jira. Best for teams who already have separate tools for projects, billing, and finance and want a clean time layer on top.

AmDital vs Asana

Asana is strong at project management. AmDital is one workspace for CRM, projects, finance, HR and helpdesk — here's how it compares.

Choose AmDital if
AmDital is an operating system for your whole business. CRM, HRMS, finance, projects, AI agents, and automation all share one data model. No context-switching between five apps, and invoices in finance carry a GST rate.
Choose Asana if
Asana excels at timeline views and Gantt boards. Best if you only need project tracking and have separate tools for sales, HR, finance and AI.

AmDital vs Monday.com

Monday.com is modular — you pick what you need. AmDital is one workspace for CRM, projects, finance, HR and helpdesk — here's how it compares.

Choose AmDital if
AmDital is one bill, one login, one data model. CRM, HRMS, finance, projects, Ami AI agents, and automation — all included. Switch products without losing context, and invoices in finance carry a GST rate.
Choose Monday.com if
Monday.com is flexible — you pay only for what you use. If you need just project management or just work OS, monday.com can be cheaper. Best for teams comfortable managing separate SaaS subscriptions.

AmDital vs Notion

Notion excels at collaborative docs and structured data. If you also need CRM, finance, HR, and AI automation, AmDital is one unified system that includes it all.

Choose AmDital if
AmDital includes docs and wiki pages plus CRM, HRMS, finance, helpdesk, and pre-built AI agents. One login, one data model, one bill. No more context-switching between Notion for docs and other tools for business operations.
Choose Notion if
Notion is built around collaborative documentation and databases. If your team primarily needs a smart wiki and database, Notion is simple and familiar. Best for documentation-first teams without CRM, finance, or HR needs.

How we write these comparisons

  • Prices are list prices. Each pricing row uses the vendor’s published per-user monthly price for the plan named in that row (annual billing unless the row says otherwise). Every price links to the vendor’s own pricing page with the date we last checked it, listed under “Price sources” below. Vendors change prices, so check their pricing page before you decide.
  • A dash is not a verdict. It means we did not find that capability in the plan we compared. It may still exist on a higher plan, as an add-on or through an integration.
  • The other tool gets its case. Every comparison has a section on when to choose the other product instead, and some of those reasons are strong ones.
  • Out of date? Tell us. If a row no longer matches what a product does, tell us on a demo call or through the contact page and we will correct it.
